France's Top 5 Theme Park Apps on iOS Show Varied Performance in Q4 2020

In the fourth quarter of 2020, France's theme park enthusiasts engaged with their favorite parks' mobile apps in varying degrees. Insights from Sensor Tower provide an overview of how these apps performed on the iOS platform.

Disneyland® Paris saw a peak in downloads during the week of October 19th with approximately 9K downloads and a subsequent drop to a few hundred downloads per week towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users reflected a similar trend, peaking at approximately 15K in the same week before declining to around 3K by the end of December.

Futuroscope experienced its highest downloads at 3.5K in the week of October 19th, with a sharp decrease to nearly zero downloads towards the year's end. Revenue showed minor fluctuations but remained under 10 USD weekly. Active users decreased from around 1K to just over 50 by the end of December.

Europa-Park & Rulantica had a consistent performance in revenue, ranging from 2 to 8 USD weekly. Downloads saw a high of approximately 1.4K in the week of October 19th, tapering off to just over 40 by the close of Q4. Active users followed a downward trend from 1.2K to just over 200.

Disneyland® showed a stable revenue stream with a minor dip in mid-December. Its weekly downloads decreased from around 1K to 100 towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users started at approximately 1.2K and remained above 500 for the rest of the quarter.

Vulcania had the least number of downloads among the top apps, with a peak at 363 in the week of October 19th, followed by a significant drop to nearly zero by December. Since Vulcania's revenue data was not reported, the focus remains on its downloads and the absence of weekly active users data.
